The Work of Deepak Chopra, M.D.
Deepak Chopra has written many books that relate to health
and longevity.  He emphasizes that the body is constantly
re-generating itself.  We can re-create ourselves in a healthy
or non-healthy way.  A good book to start with is:
Ageless Body, Timeless Mind:
The Quantum Alternative to Growing Old

How to Be Chic, Fabulous and Live Forever
Interludes with the Gods
by Sondra Ray

Breaking the Death Habit: The Science of Everlasting Life

Physical Immortality: The Science of Everlasting Life
by Leonard Orr

Why Die?: A Beginner's Guide to Living Forever
by Herb Bowie

Jitterbug Perfume
by Tom Robbins
A thought-provoking and entertaining novel
which addresses physical immortality.

The Door of Everything
by Ruby Nelson

Life and Teaching of the Masters Masters of the Far East
by Baird T. Spalding

Immortality: The Inevitability of Eternal Life
by Kabbalist Rav Berg

The Immortal
by Joseph J. Dewey

The Man from Earth
A 14,000 year old man reveals his true identity
to his friends.  Philosophical and interesting.

Tuck Everlasting
This film includes the physically
immortal Tuck family.

A beautiful film focusing on immortality.
Based on the novel by Virginia Woolf.

Star Trek - Insurrection
It's nice to see physical immortality
making it into the mainstream.

Run Lola Run
A creative and stimulating film.
Seems to imply there is a choice in relation to death.

Starring Bruce Willis

Lost Horizon
Directed by Frank Capra

The Healing Art of Conscious Breathing
by John C. Meneghini

Review by Mystic Life:  This is a very useful resource for those
who are interested in pursuing conscious breathing as a method
of healing.  The introduction is both informative and interesting.
The tracks include several levels of breathing sounds.  You hear
breathing which, importantly, is paced to help the efficacy of
your breath work.  I have found in my experience that it's easy
to lose track of an even paced breath when breathing alone.
This cd is extremely helpful with keeping my breath "on track."
I am grateful that I own a copy of this work as I plan on
continuing to use it for myself and with my friends who
wish to experience conscious breathing.
