This is a very useful resource for those
who are interested in pursuing conscious breathing as a method
of healing. The introduction is both informative and interesting.
The tracks include several levels of breathing sounds. You hear
breathing which, importantly, is paced to help the efficacy of
your breath work. I have found in my experience that it's easy
to lose track of an even paced breath when breathing alone.
This cd is extremely helpful with keeping my breath "on track."
I am grateful that I own a copy of this work as I plan on
continuing to use it for myself and with my friends who
wish to experience conscious breathing.
